Mr. Peter Erickson is a Deer Valley Unified School District Teacher of the Year recipient with many years experience in teaching general education, inclusion, AP, IB, honors Language Arts and College English classes. When he isn't working on lesson plans and grading papers, Mr. Erickson can be found driving his Rzr, strumming his six string (on his front porch swing), and smoking large chunks of meat. More than anything, he enjoys his time at his cabin on the Mogollon Rim where he pretends he is Les Stroud.
