    Hello,  my name is Coach Thomas.  I am one of your PE teachers at Sierra Verde.  I am excited to begin our new school year and truly feel I have the best job in the world!!!  I have been a teacher for 23 years and I began my teaching career in 4th and 5th grade. After several years in the regular classroom, I decided to switch to PE and join Coach Connolly.  :)  I have always had a true love for coaching, sports, and the outdoors.    I look forward to the exciting fun- filled year we will experience together! 
     
    When I am not at Sierra Verde teaching PE, I love spending time with my two boys and our dogs Jack and Buddy.  During the summer, we can usually be found hanging out with friends and swimming.     Our favorite place to visit is San Diego! We make sure to hit  the beach and go boogie boarding! 
     
    During the school year, my free time usually consists of coaching cross country, health coaching, and tutoring! I love SV and I am so blessed to have been there from the beginning when it opened. Go Vipers!
