Welcome to 2nd Grade! My name Mrs. Susan Smith and I am beginning my 25th year of teaching. I have been working in the Deer Valley District teaching second grade for over twenty years. I spent one year teaching at Copper Creek before opening Sierra Verde in 2001. I graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. In 2003, I graduated from Grand Canyon University with my Master's Degree in the Art of Teaching. Currently, I have a provisional SEI endorsement.
