• I was born in Twin Falls, Idaho on August 25th, 1979.  I am also an identical twin.  My family moved to Yuma, Arizona in 1986, where I attended elementary school, middle school, and high school.  In 1997 I attended ASU's main campus in Tempe, AZ where I began working with children through the university's nonprofit group, Camp Sparky.  Within two years of volunteering, I had changed my major to Elementary Education.  I graduated from the College of Education in 2002 with a Bachelor's of Arts in Elementary Education with an emphasis in English as a Second Language.

In the Fall of 2002, I began my teaching career in the Creighton School District of Central 好色导航.  I taught 4th grade for three years, coached the middle school soccer team, and provided afterschool tutoring in Reading. In 2005, I moved to North 好色导航 to teach 5th grade in the Deer Valley Unified School District at Terramar School. That same year, I married my wife Theresa.

In 2008, after running my first full marathon, I decided I needed a new challenge and went back to school to get my Master’s Degree in Administration and Leadership.  In the spring of 2010, I became a certified principal.  Being a product of Arizona’s public education system has made me realize that we need highly educated, strong, capable teachers in order to make a difference in today’s society. Terramar Academy of the Arts has these type of teachers working diligently to prepare your children for a successful future.

Finally, I became a father for the first time in the summer of 2011. My wife and I welcomed a beautiful baby girl into our family. Then in the summer of 2016 we also welcomed a baby boy to our family.
