This is my 25th year teaching and my 24th at Copper Creek.  Over the years, I have taught 1st, 3rd, and 6th grade and I love working with my 6th graders!

I am certified to teach elementary students by the State of Arizona.  I have Reading, Early Childhood, and Sheltered English Immersion endorsements on my certificate.  I am also Highly Qualified to teach Middle School English Language Arts and Science through other endorsements.  

Both of my degrees came from Northern Arizona University.  I graduated with a Bachelors in Elementary Education in 1998.  I also earned a Master's in Elementary Education (with honors) with an emphasis in Reading in 2006.

Copper Creek truly feels like my professional home. The staff here are so supportive and encouraging.  There are so many students and families that I have enjoyed working with. Both of my daughters made life-long friends while in school at Copper Creek.

Hi! I'm Mrs. Mansor and I am so excited to be your sixth grade teacher this year! This will be my tenth year of teaching. I have also taught first, third, fourth, and fifth grade. I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University. Before I was a Copper Creek teacher, I was a very involved parent at the school. I am also currently serving on the Copper Creek PTSA board as secretary.

I have three wonderful daughters: Mallory is a junior this year at Mountain Ridge, Natalie is an eighth grader at Hillcrest, and Abby is 3 years old. I have been married to my husband for four years and as a family we enjoy off-roading, camping, and movie and game nights.

I truly enjoy being a teacher and coming to work everyday! I am a lifelong learner and enjoy helping and encouraging my students to become lifelong learners as well! It's going to be a wonderful year in sixth grade at Copper Creek!

This is my 10th year teaching in the Deer Valley district. I taught one year at Paseo Hills Elementary before coming to Copper Creek, where I also attended school as an elementary student! I am very excited to be able to come back as a teacher and be part of such an amazing school community. I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University and I am an Arizona native. I also have a master's degree in Educational Technology from ASU. I love teaching and motivating my students to become lifelong learners and problem solvers. I am always seeking innovative ways to implement technology into my classroom to engage my students and help them build skills they will need for our ever-evolving technological world.

When I am not teaching, I enjoy heading outdoors with my friends and family - hiking, swimming, days at the lake, or even traveling to the beach. I recently got married, so you may have known me as Miss Schaefer prior to becoming Mrs. Hill! :) I am also an avid reader, and I hope to instill this love for reading in my students. I am looking forward to a wonderful school year!
