I am excited about being the counselor for Sonoran Foothills School for the 7th year! I will be working with 7th and 8th graders and offering support for K-6. We will be using the EQ model that our school has adopted along with classroom lessons, guest speakers as available and academic guidance throughout the year. I attended GCU for my degrees in secondary education and art education. I am endorsed for K-12 art and have taught art at the elementary and high school level in DVUSD. I have my masters in educational counseling from University of 好色导航 and love being able to help students reach their full potential academically, socially and emotionally.

I believe all children are able to be successful when given the right tools.
