• Gates Open:Arrival & Dismissal Times:

    • Arrival Gates Open:      8:30 a.m.
    • Dismissal Gates Open:  3: 20 p.m.
    • Half Day Dismissal Time:    11:55 p.m.
    • Friday Early Dismissal Time:  1:50 p.m.

    Drop Off Procedures:  

    • Students must remain with sibling or adult until they walk through the gate. 
    • Students will line up along the Kindergarten fence. 
    • Gates will open at 8:30 a.m.
    • Please drop your child off no later than 8:45 to ensure we can start our day promptly.
    • Please do not crowd the gate.
    • The gate will close promptly at 8:45. 
    • If the gate is closed upon arrival, please go directly to the office.

     

    Only students will  be permitted through the gates.

    Pick Up Procedure:

    • Families, please line up along the fence.   
    • Please do not crowd the gate.
    • Please be patient. We are still learning whom goes with whom.
    • For Weeks #1 and 2, please hold up a sign labeled: Student Name- Hayden

     

    Who can pick up your student?

    All students MUST BE picked up from our gate. We will not release students on their own. 

    • At our Open House: please fill out who will typically pick up your student
    • If late, or change in plans: send Ms. Hayden a text via REMIND APP or Call directly to the office
    • Persons listed on the student's PINK Emergency Form MAY pick up if necessary
    • Older siblings MAY pick up.  Students will be released into the care of siblings, and must remain together.
    • At 3:40, students not picked up will be taken to the HLS Office.
