    Welcome to Mr. Fasula's Social Studies Page!!!
     
    Currently, I am in my 26th year of teaching in the Deer Valley School District, 23 of which are in the 6th Grade. I am honored to continue my career as a Sierra Verde Viper! I have a passion for World History and am excited to explore ancient civilizations with your students.
     
    I graduated from NAU with Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education in 1999, and later in 2005 with a Master's in Educational Leadership. Go Lumberjacks!
     
    During my summers, I enjoy traveling with my wife of 23 years and spending time with my children, ages 13 and 12. These past few years we have been exploring national parks. Some of the highlights would include Glacier, Rocky Mountain, Redwood, Zion, and most recently, Carlsbad Caverns. 
     
    I am looking forward to an exciting school year!
