Deer Valley Educational Services will be adopting new resources for high school IB biology, chemistry, and physics courses & 8th Grade science courses. The purpose of this committee is to evaluate and recommend resources that support teachers and students in their ability to meet or exceed grade-level proficiency standards set by the International Baccalaureate Program for biology, chemistry, and physics as well as the Arizona State Standards for 8th grade science.

Thank you to those who volunteered to be part of this committee.  Members were selected based on these criteria:

• Could participate in all four required meetings.
• Ability to fulfill a stakeholder role.
• For those roles that had more volunteers than spaces on the committee, names were randomly selected.
