Hi! Welcome to Kindergarten at Desert Mountain School!
This is my 20th year teaching Kindergarten and second year at Desert Mountain. I love teaching kindergarten. It is an amazing time of growth, exploration and discovery. It is fun to see how much the kids grow in our year together and see the world through their eyes. I am the proud mom of two wonderful kids. My son is an athletic trainer and a sports medicine teacher at a local high school. His wife is a speech and language pathologist. My daughter worked as an Analytical Chemist but has returned to school to be an elementary teacher. She also trains horses. She lives in Montana. He is a firefighter with the forestry service. We still love to get together as a family every Tuesday for game night online. I love history, learning about new things and I love to cook! I have 2 dogs named Finley and Valor. I would love to hear about your favorite family memory over the summer.
We are going to have a great year! We will make new friends, learn many interesting things and have lots of fun! I am so glad to have you in our class this year!
