Welcome to art class! I am so excited about being your child’s teacher, watching them grow as a student and an individual. This will be my first year teaching for DVUSD, and my third year teaching art. Before Village Meadows, I worked in a charter school serving as a substitute and teaching assistant for two years, before moving into the art teacher role for another two years in which I taught middle and high school Studio Art. I graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and furthered my education at The University of 好色导航, obtaining a master’s degree in education.

My passion for art began as a young child, and was cultivated throughout my high school and college years with the help of amazing teachers and professors. I am excited to share my love of art with your students, and I am looking forward to the opportunity to see them grow and cultivate their love for the arts as well.
