Hello Desert Sky Families.

I am thrilled to be at Desert Sky Middle School as a teacher in the learning center as well as 7th and 8th grade math  This will begin my 29th year as an educator.  I've been in Deer Valley for over 20 years, teaching students in kindergarten through eighth grade.  Being a teacher has been a dream since I was a little girl.

I graduated from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff with my bachelor's degree and then attended Grand Canyon University, earning two master's degrees.  I am a self-proclaimed life-long learner!  

When I have free time, I enjoy day trips around Arizona and spending time with my children and grandchildren.  A family camping trip is the best, especially going up north where the air is cool and fresh.  

I am looking forward to a terrific year!
