My name is Mrs. Jena Clark and I have been teaching in Deer Valley for over 24 years. I joined the Legend Springs Kindergarten team last year and immediately felt right at home.  My Bachelors of Arts degree is from ASU in Early Childhood Education, with an SEI endorsement, and I am trained in Reading Recovery. I have been teaching Kindergarten for 17 years.  In addition, I have experience in 1st, 2nd, and as a Reading Specialist.

My husband and I met at ASU and will be celebrating our 30th anniversary this year.  We have 2 children and 2 Laborator Retrievers.  Our son Brandon passed away at the age of 19 over 2 years ago and is missed every day.  Our daughter Lauren is 18 and will be attending GCU this Fall. When I am not teaching, we enjoy camping, traveling, and spending time with family & friends. 

I am looking forward to being your child's teacher this year!  It is going to be an exciting and amazing year of learning.
