I am the 7th grade and 8th grade Social Studies Teacher! I have been teaching at Anthem School since 2014. I was so excited to look at the class lists and see so many familar last names-I've had quite a few brothers and sisters of current 7th graders. I can't wait to get to know you all :)

I graduated in 2013 from Arizona State University with a degree in Secondary Education (History). I am qualified to teach both high school History classes and middle school Social Studies classes.  But, honestly, middle school is my favorite and I wouldn't want to teach any other age group!

In my free time, I love drinking coffee, reading books, and practicing yoga.  I live with my husband around the Desert Ridge area. It's a drive to take  twice a day  but it's totally worth it to work at Anthem School. I am SO glad to be working with Mrs. Sprague, Mrs. Kumar, and Mrs. Christensen. This is going to be an awesome year!
