I have been a special education teacher at Desert Mountain for 10 years. I have had the joy of working with students in kindergarten all the way up to fourth grade, throughout that time.  I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a master’s degree in special education. I am excited to start this new school year and begin learning with my students. When I am not teaching I am usually hanging out with my family- husband, daughters, and granddaughter. In quiet times you can find me doing puzzles, crosswords, riding my peloton and reading. Oh I also am a binger on Netflix! :)
