   Welcome to my website.  I look forward to working with you this year.  I am Mrs. Russell, the 6th grade science teacher here at Stetson Hills.  I am a mother of two: my son is a Mechanical Engineer for Apple in Cuppertino, CA, and my daughter is a Physical Therapist in Sacrament, CA.  I am married to Mark, my loving and supportive husband.  I have been teaching for twenty six years, and have enjoyed watching the excitement in students' faces throughout the years.  I earned my Bachelor's Degree at the University of the Pacific, my Master's Degree at Indiana University and continue to take courses to enrich my teaching.  In November 2007,  I became Nationally Board Certified in Science for grades 5 - 8, and have completed the District's Technology classes (DVTechPro).
