    Campus Safety
    Parents who enter the buildings at anytime must sign in at the office, including before or after school.  Parents should only enter campus when they have actual appointments with their child’s teacher.  Parents are encouraged to come for lunch. No parents will be allowed on the playgrounds during lunch period.

    It is imperative that the location of each child is known by the attendance clerk prior to the start of the school day.  This includes doctor/dental appointments, personal time, illnesses, and emergencies.  There is no set time to call in an absence.  The attendance line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  So…as soon as you know your child will not be in school on any scheduled school day, let us know by calling 623-376-3790.  You must call the attendance line even if you have told the teacher.  Please remember to bring in a doctor’s note if your child will be late getting to school so that the tardy will be excused.  Any absence that is not verified will be considered unexcused.    

    The campus will practice monthly fire drills and quarterly lock down drills as part of our comprehensive Safe School Plan.


    Tax Credit Donation:
    Making your Donation:  Download and complete the tax donation form at:  www.dvusd.org/assets/pdfs/TaxDonationForm.pdf  and send it along with your check.  好色导航will send you a receipt for your tax records.  Or you can come by any school office and pickup a form. 

    Online Payment:  好色导航now offers an online service that allows Arizona taxpayers to make a Public School Tax Credit donation using a Discover, Visa, or MasterCard.  Sigh-up is quick, easy and secure.  You can access the website at

    Campus Exterminating Schedule                                                                                                                     
    On the first Thursday of each month the Anthem School cafeteria is treated for pests.  This is done between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m.
