    I am what Deer Valley calls a "come back" kid.  I attended schools in Deer Valley from the middle of 3rd grade all the way through high school.  I loved my educational journey and experiences as a student in this district.  That's why I chose to "come back" and work for this EXTRAORDINARY school district.  I enjoy this amazing community; especially my Stetson Hills STALLIONS!

    In 2004, I earned my Bachelor's degree as Summa Cum Laude in Elementary Education with a focus on grades 5-9 from ASU West.  I am currently working on receiving my endorsement in Gifted Education and my highly qualification in middle school math.  In the near future, I look forward to earning my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership.

    This will be my 20th year teaching.  I have taught 2nd through 5th grade over the last 18 years. This will be my fourth year working at Stetson Hills School.  I am so excited to be a member of the amazing Stallion staff.  GO STALLIONS.

    At home, I have three amazing kids, a Fiancé, two dogs, and acat.  Colton, Keirra, and Connor are my world and keep me very busy.  I have been with my Fiancé for 26 years and we enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, snowboarding, and going to the lake.  We take our German Shepard and Siberian Husky wherever we go!
