My name is Mrs. Bai and I’m excited as a member of the amazing third-grade team. Most importantly, I’m thrilled to be your child’s third grade Mandarin, Math and Science teacher. Previously, I worked at British schools in both China and Singapore. These unique overseas working experiences enhanced my communication skills and instructional techniques to provide better support to students with multilingual backgrounds.

I graduated with a bachelor degree in Business from University of Essex in England. I discovered my passion for teaching when I was working in a British school after my graduation. I moved to Arizona and went to Arizona State University (Go Sun Devils!) where I received my masters in Special Education and Elementary Education. I absolutely adore the sunny weather in Arizona and excited to explore more. I love to travel and experience different cultures. I have been fortunate enough to visit a range of countries, both in Europe and Asia. When I’m not planning, I also enjoy reading, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.
