    Hello!  My name is Stacy Camp. This is my second year as a school nurse in Deer Valley. Before that, I was a school nurse in Flagstaff. I thoroughly enjoy keeping students healthy! I have been described by many as a very kind and compassionate person.

    VISION & HEARING SCREENING at Mountain Shadows
     
           Screenings will begin on 8/5/2024 and will continue throughout the school year.
    This is only a SCREENING to identify if there could possibly be a problem. 
                       The parent or guardian will be notified if the child does not pass one of the screenings.

     THE STUDENTS THAT WILL BE SCREENED
     
    (unless a parent chooses not to, and contacts the health office to let the nurse know)

    *All Special Education students and new students to Mountain Shadows
    *Kindergarten
    *First Grade
    *Third Grade
    * Fifth Grade
