Course Expectations

• Have a positive attitude and be an active participant.
• Read directions carefully, then read them again, if you are in doubt, always ask your teacher for help.
• In order to learn, YOU need to be completing your assignments.
• Plagiarism of any kind will not be accepted. Since plagiarized material is not an accurate reflection of your understanding of the material it cannot be counted towards your final score. Opportunities to re-do the work will be provided in the form of homework and Toro Time. 
• Complete assignments in a timely manner, do not let assignments pile up. Assignments close at the end of each unit. Any work not completed prior to the end of the unit will no longer be accepted for credit.
• Write in complete sentences and use proper grammar and spelling. Spellcheck is your friend! 
• Lessons are all posted in Canvas. It is your responsibility to check Canvas for any assignments.
• Grades can be found in Powerschools.
• Ask questions! If you do not understand, there is at least one other person with the same question.
• Listen to learn, teacher or peer, you will wait your turn to speak.
• Respect for others is essential, always speak with kindness and compassion.
