Ms. Obert-Goralski

  • Hello there! I'm Ms. Camille Obert-Goralski, but you can call me Ms. G. With 19 years of teaching in Deer Valley under my belt, I bring a wealth of experience and a passion for creativity to the classroom. Before diving into the world of education, I was a computer trainer and website designer, which gives me a unique tech-savvy edge in my teaching.

    In my role, I have the joy of teaching K-8 Visual Arts and guiding high school students in Advanced Study Skills, 2D Design & Photography, and Communications. My academic journey includes a B.A. in Communications, with double minors in Visual Arts and Women's Studies, and an M.A. Ed. in Secondary Education with a technology focus. I'm proud to be a highly qualified K-12 teacher in visual arts, communications, ELA, and technology.

    One of my special talents is being a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT). Zentangle is a meditative drawing technique that promotes relaxation, and it's one of my favorite ways to unwind. If you're intrigued by Zentangle, click HERE to learn more.

    Outside of teaching, my passions include art, dogs, gardening, and travel. I love sharing stories from my global adventures to inspire my students and ignite their wanderlust. Among all the places I've visited, Egypt stands out as my favorite.
