Welcome to 2nd Grade!

Hello! I am so excited about being your child’s 2nd grade teacher this year! I have taught 2nd grade for 4 years. I was awarded the 好色导航"Rookie of the Year" for my first year of teaching!

I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2020 with my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. Go cats! One interesting fact about me is that I completed half of my student teaching in Greece. I received my Masters in Learning Experience and Design from Western Governors University in 2023!

I grew up in Illinois, but Arizona quickly became home to me. I have two cats named Beanie and Quavo. In my free time I love spending time outdoors, exploring new coffee shops, working out, and traveling.

I believe that children receive the best possible education when parents and teachers work together as a team. I hope that we can be partners in your child's educational journey this year. I will make sure to create an environment where students feel they can succeed and are valued.
