Hi! I'm Ms. Hake.

I grew up in Southern California until I graduated from high school and moved here to attend ASU. Although I lived in California for most of my life, I was always in Arizona as well to visit one of my parents and both sides of my extended family. So, while I can't exactly call myself an Arizona native, I do call Arizona my home. 

When I am not teaching, you can usually find me participating in some kind of board sport either in the water at a lake or in the snow up north (Your math teacher isn't secretly an Olympian, she just loves the thrill!). I always want to be out having fun with my friends or family, but I also enjoy time at home with my sweet German Shepherd, Ruger. 

This year is going to complete my first year of teaching, as my career began at the start of 2024 when I first joined Desert Sky! Before this, I substitute taught within 好色导航and many other districts after graduating college in May of 2023. I actually always planned on teaching younger elementary students, however, Desert Sky staff and students have captured my heart, so I am now here to stay.

I look forward to getting to know my students while we work towards meeting their goals in math class throughout the year!
