  • Please use this hyperlink, , to access and complete all forms online at anytime.  Forms MUST be completed the week before tryouts.  Tryout schedules should be posted by the end of the school year.  Please make sure you are prepared to pay the athletic fee of $60 at the parent meeting or bring it to Mr. Slawson.  The parent meeting dates will be posted, but are typically held the week of, or the week after, tryouts.
