Hi families! My name is Ms. Thompson and I am excited to be your child's first grade teacher! I graduated from Grand Canyon University with my Bachelor's in Elementary Education. I previously taught Kindergarten and am now looking forward to teaching 1st grade! My teaching philosophy includes creating a safe learning environment for every child to learn and grow. I believe that all children are unique and special, and add to our classroom community. I am originally from Wisconsin and have been in Arizona for 3 years now. When I am not teaching, you can find me spending time with my friends and family, reading a book, or shopping!! I am looking forward to a great school year. Go Titans!! :)
