Mrs. Lisette Romero

Lisette Romero teaches Spanish and is the World Language department leader. She sponsors the MRHS Mentor Program and the GSA Club. She is a 2000 graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, a Post-Bac in Secondary Education from Ottawa University, and a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Arizona State University in 2007. Born in Tucson and raised in Casa Grande, she is a native of Arizona. She enjoys exploring other cultures, listening to music, crafting, teaching Sunday school, kayaking, camping, and hiking with her dogs.  Lisette is married to Sean Romero, one of our now retired MRHS Science teachers.  She has one son currently attending MRHS and three Mountain Lion alumni sons. The whole family loves MRHS!  This is her 22nd year teaching Spanish here at MRHS.
