Hello! I am Ms. David, but your students know me as Ms. Mac.
I have been at Deer Valley as a special education teacher since 2024, but it has always been my home since I started at their front desk in 2022.
My academic journey has been a fulfilling one. I graduated from the University Of Arizona with a degree in Psychology, focusing on Human Sexuality and Special Education. Currently, I'm working towards my Masters in Secondary Education with an Emphasis in STEM, which I'm set to complete in May 2025 at Grand Canyon University.
I am the Head Coach for Girls' Golf and Tennis at Deer Valley High School.
I have a beautiful blended family with two girls of my own and two bonus daughters. 4 girls from the ages of 4–12! Our home is always busy!
When I'm not at school, you can find me on the golf course or tennis court, cheering on my favorite hockey team (which is my boyfriend's), spending time with my family, or hitting the gym. I'm a firm believer in the importance of staying active and enjoying life outside of work.
