Hello, my name is Mandy Hayes and this is my 2nd year of teaching! I'm an Arizona native and a proud graduate of Arizona State University where I earned a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, as well as an Associates in Arts degree and an Associates in Arts, Elementary Education with distinction. I will be teaching at Copper Creek Elementary, where I attended school as an elementary student. I am very excited to have been given the opportunity to come back as a teacher and be a part of this astonishing school community. I genuinely look forward to enriching my students’ lives and hope to pass on my love of learning to every child that passes through my door. My goal is to instill love and enthusiasm for learning by getting to know my students as individuals, along with motivating and exciting the students. I strive to create a classroom atmosphere that encourages learning where students feel empowered, valued, challenged and a part of a strong community.
