Guideline: Approach all positions with an open mind before advocating for any specific position.
2. Speak to Teacher First Policy

Purpose: To maintain clear communication and prevent misunderstandings.
-
Guideline: Discuss any concerns or sensitive matters with the teacher directly.
3. Growth Policy

-
Guideline: Emphasize learning and personal growth in all activities.
4. Address Ideas, Not the Person Policy
-

5. Class Structure
-
Purpose: To provide a balanced and effective classroom routine.
-
Guideline: Adhere to the following structure:

15 Minutes: Bell Ringer/Mind Activator/Group Discussion/Restroom
