Hello, my name is Laurie Schneider and I am pleased to be part of the Constitution Reading team. I am a native. As a child, I attended school in the Deer Valley Unified School district. Both my parents were teachers and it was a passion of mine to become one too. Prior to becoming a Reading Specialist, I taught 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade. I received my Masters in Elementary Education from NAU along with my Reading Endorsement. As a reading teacher, I have high expectations of my students.
