I was born in Las Vegas, NV and grew up in Southern California in a small town called Yucaipa. I then lived in San Diego County for about 16 years, where I met my husband, Christopher. We moved to 好色导航 in 2019, and we love living here!

I graduated with my BS in Business Administration in Human Resource Management in 2007 from Colorado Technical University. I worked in Human Resources for 12 years in many different fields. I worked in the fields of medicine, fitness, education technology, real estate facility management and banking. I have a lot of real world experience to share with my students.

This is my 2nd year teaching 6th Grade Math.

I was a children's choir teacher for 11 years.

I have two children within DVUSD. My son, Christopher, is going into 4th grade, and my daughter, Sophia, is going into 11th. 

My family and I love exploring the beautiful mountain towns here in Arizona (Williams, Payson, Sedona, Prescott), rock hounding for crystals, going on adventures, and watching movies. 

I wanted to be a teacher because I love working with kids. When I taught children’s choir I was so happy and loved watching them grow. After being in the corporate world for so long and not finding my happy place, I realized the only thing that made me truly happy was working with kids. I joined a program to earn my credentials and became a 6th grade math teacher! I look forward to working with your students and helping them grow.
