My name is Perla Iriana Montoya. I am originally from Toluca, México. I went to the University of Fashion Design in Mexico City where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design. I worked in the fashion industry for 3 years. Then, I got married and moved to 好色导航. I attended Arizona State University where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education –Spanish. I worked at Liberty High School for 9 years, teaching all levels of Spanish and sponsoring the Spanish National Honors Society. I have been working at Deer Valley High School since 2024.  I love to teach Spanish and travel to México and Spain. I have taken students with me to travel to Europe twice. I would love to take more students. I think that traveling to a Hispanic country is a great experience for students. I love to spend time with my husband and family. I enjoy hiking, working out, traveling, creating art, jewelry and sewing. Teaching Spanish is my passion. I love to teach my language, culture and traditions.
