A native of New York, more specifically the Adirondack Mountains, I have lived in Arizona for 24 years. For 22 of those years, I have been teaching in the Deer Valley Unified School District. This is my 15th year at Highland Lakes. I have two wonderful girls, one that attends ASU and one that attends Deer Valley High School. Hiking, reading, going to the movies and spending time with my family are my favorite things to do!
