Parents & Students,

I am so happy to welcome you to my classroom! Third grade is a very busy year, filled with lots of fun and learning! I am so excited to learn more about your child and your family this school year.  

I am married to my husband, Ken, and we have a 14-year-old son (Sullivan) and an 11-year-old daughter (Audrey). We love animals and have two dogs.

I love sports (Go Cardinals!), coffee, movies, reading, traveling, painting, playing pool, and spending time with my family.

This is my fourth year teaching 3rd grade here at Diamond Canyon. This is my 10^th year teaching overall. I have previously taught 4th grade and 1st grade.  I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education.

I am very passionate about math and reading and hope to pass that on to all of you!  I look forward to getting to know you all!

I am a strong believer in parent-teacher communication and hope you will join the class dojo (additional information in the dojo invitation letter). This makes it very easy to be in contact when needed. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
