I am very excited about returning to Canyon Sprints STEM Academy, teaching music and choir.

I am in my 8th year of teaching music and choir, but have taught private piano and vocal lessons for years prior. I regularly perform the National Anthem at sporting events all over the country as well as community events. Singing is my passion. I don't randomly break out in song, I always break out in song. 

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Purdue University Global with a Minor in Music/Vocal Performance. I also have a Master's Degree in Educational Research from Moreland University. I have been recognized by 好色导航as a "Teacher of Consistency"  for achieving top scores in the Middle School Choir Assessments. 

I am from Rochester, NY. I have two boys, an adult son who graduated from Boulder Creek (involved in choirs, of course) in May 2024 and is attending NAU studying film.  I, also, have an eight-year old who is involved in everything. I have three dogs who are like my kids they are adorable mutts, and a husband who supports my craziness.

In my free time, I like to hang out with my family watching movies or going to the beach. I LOVE baseball and am a huge baseball fan, I love the Diamondbacks, but I can also be found cheering on the Yankees and like to attend ballgames with my boys. I love swimming and all things Disney. I am a certified SCUBA diver and am looking forward to exploring the underwater world.

I enjoy all types of music, but my favorite band is The Beatles. I know all sorts of random facts that I will share at any point, even unsolicited. This is a fair warning so don't be surprised.
