  I am ecstatic to be joining the Sonoran Foothills Bobcat community this year! I have always aspired to be an educator and to be a part of driving the next generation forward and setting them up for success. 

  This is my second career, having retired from the hospitality industry after 30 years. My own children had grown and attended college, and I decided to utilize my time by returning to college myself. It is my opinion that our greatest achievements involve the ways we improve the future for our younger generations, and I believe the profession of education can exemplify that.

  I am honored to be in the place I am today and take our student's education very seriously. Having said that, 6th grade can be a fun and exciting year for young mathematicians. The ideas and concepts we will explore this year will expand their understanding of the relationship between math and the world around us.
