    Contact Information: Sunrise has implemented email office hours and a curfew to ensure staff members maintain a healthy work-life balance. This enables us to give our very best every day at work.  I will check emails Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 7:45 am and 3:15 – 5:00 pm.
