• I am so excited to be a part of the amazing Sierra Verde community this year.  This is my 10th year teaching in Deer Valley.  Outside of school, I have been married to my wonderful husband, Steve for 22 years.  We have two sons.  Jacob (a former Viper) is a senior and Chris is in 8th grade here at Sierra Verde.  Both my boys play baseball, so we are very active all year long with different baseball programs.  In my spare time I love to walk our dog Max and spend time with my family.  

    In my classroom, I will push students to higher levels of thinking and make sure that each student gets what they need to be successful.
