Hello, and welcome to my page!
This is my ninth year at Sunrise and I look forward to working with you and your child. Students experience a collaborative and engaging learning environment that focuses on essential standards and the use of technology. I feel fortunate and excited to be part of such a wonderfully supportive school community. My focus is on your child’s success! Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you. I grew up in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado and moved to the Valley of the Sun during the summer of 2000. While in Colorado, I earned my bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Colorado and worked in business and higher education. I started teaching at the college level and developed a passion for education that led me to enroll in a program to earn my Arizona teacher certification. I have two daughters, who are the highlight of my life!
