Three years later, he founded the Peoria District String Orchestra to give students across the district the opportunity to play in an orchestral strings ensemble. Dr. Fattu worked in different staff development positions in Peoria USD before moving towards a career in higher education instructional design. Dr. Fattu earned his education doctorate degree in 2022 from Gwynedd Mercy University.
