Asthma
Asthma is a health condition that can narrow your airway, swell and produce mucus that can make breathing difficult and trigger coughing, wheezing and shortness of breath. Treatment may be required to resolve these symptoms. If your student has Asthma, they may require treatment at school. It is important to provide medications to the school for your student. You can talk with your Primary Physican and School Nurse to cordinate a treatment plan that works best for your student. Medications at the school do require a form to be completed and signed by a Physician. You can review and print forms below to start your treatment plan at school. When forms are completed by Parent/Guardian and Physican, bring them to the School Nurse with medication.
