    SAGE Reading Grades are based on the following:  Classwork 20%  Assessment 80%
     
     
    Please note: Although writing is integrated within the SAGE program, students will receive writing instruction (skills) from their homeroom teachers.  The reading grade on the report card will reflect work done in SAGE and the "Writing" grade will reflect work done with the homeroom teacher.

     

     

    Monday: Students will use text evidence to support characteristics of protagonist.  

    Tuesday: students will identify, classify, and distinguish characteristics of the protagonist in Jack and the Beanstalk.  
     
    Wednesday: 
     
    Thursday:  Folio, hydra, aqua latin root quiz.  
     
     
     Friday: students will make summary mini-books of the fairy tale The Fisherman and His Wife.
